Al Gore is keynoting a meeting of Green campaigners from around the world this week in Melbourne, Australia, and CFACT is there!
Gore wasted no time trashing President Trump’s efforts to secure energy independence for America.
He then went on to call for massive new spending on wind, solar, and batteries in South Australia, even though those same misguided efforts plunged South Australia into darkness last year. Al just never learns, does he?

The goal of the “ECOCITY summit” is to encourage local government officials to place their authority and budgets at the service of Green campaigners.
This is particularly crucial in the United States where the Greens are desperately seeking alternate routes to advance their agenda after President Trump curtailed President Obama’s climate and energy policies.
Left-leaning mayors like New York’s Bill DeBlasio are all too willing to comply, but their bloated budgets and struggling communities can ill afford the waste.

Sustainability = UN Agenda 21
It’s that simple. Every time you hear the word or see it in print, train your brain to automatically replace it with UN Agenda 21. Because that’s what it is.
Redefining our language is at the core of leftist strategy. Perhaps the biggest redefined word is now, “justice”. After all, who doesn’t want justice?
However, you’ll soon see that “justice”, as defined by the left, means whatever they wish it to mean today. Social Justice begins with the premise that we should all have everything in equal measure, with wealth to be redistributed by an activist left-wing centralized government. Somehow people like Al Gore always find themselves exempt of course…
All this reminds reasonable people that we most often need to begin debates with leftists using the words: “I don’t accept the premise that…”.
If all the money in the world was confiscated and redistributed evenly, today’s rich wouldn’t stay down for long. The others would end up like many lottery winners, easy come, easy go. Which is probably why budget – challenged governments got into the lottery business…. Exploit stupidity.
I find it highly amusing to listen to all the “Whole Paycheck Organic Foods” advocates, especially nouveau chefs, prattle on about sustainable farm to table cooking whilst standing against CO2. Obviously oblivious to simple basic biology, where do they think they will be able to farm their vegan vegetables if the level of CO2 drops to their lunatic preference? Zero CO2 means the end of all life, not just pesky human life, on the planet.

The UN IPCC says that a doubling of CO2 from 400ppm to 800ppm will cause an increase of global temoerature of about 1.5 / 2.0 C degrees.
The increase is 400ppm or 1 molecule of CO2 in 2500.
Please explain to me how 1 molecule of CO2 can “trap” enough “heat” to increase the temperature of the other 2499 molecules of N2 and O2 about 2C degrees.
