The Daily Caller dropped by the climate strike in Washington, D.C. on Friday to learn more about the activists who are demanding that you and I change the way we live, eat and go about our lives.
You may be surprised to hear this, but most of the activists are just like us.
They wear products made from fossil fuels, they own cars, many told me they eat meat but also claimed that they were “cutting back,” and they’re certainly okay with killing trees — as long as those trees are used for the silly, meaningless signs they paint buzz phrases on to virtue signal to everyone else.
I confronted a few of the activists about their use of products made from fossil fuels and things got a little uncomfortable, to say the least.
Really no one could give me a good answer, and in a nutshell, the answers I got pretty much shifted the blame to our society. No one wanted to take responsibility for their own actions.
Shouldn’t they be living by example?
Several activists also opened up to me about their “climate change sins” and again, they’re just like the rest of us who weren’t skipping work, or missing school.
When exiting the rally we noticed the trash cans were overflowing with plastics and even perfectly good signs that could have been reused for the next ‘do as I say, not as I do’ event.

These people are all absolutely out of their freaking minds.
They’re dangerous ideologues. They actually believe you can shut down oil production off tomorrow and their won’t be any repercussions. It’s just that easy in their minds and they have the ear of people who make decisions. These are dangerous times.
They’re all crackpots who have been indoctrinated by all the scaremongering propaganda spouted by those who will benefit the most financially and those who wish to exert control over the population.
So you demand a end to the use of all Fossil Fuels you Keep it in the Ground Useful idiots with your stupid signs using paint and colored marker that is dirived from Fossil Fuels wit that stupid finger pointing at the ground you hop into you Fossil Fueled Car and return to your homes open heated with Fossil Fuels and cook your meals on a Gas Range You had better find out where all your daily products come from using Fossil Fuels and delivered by Semi Trucks using Fossil Fuels They just cant get it they watch the usial mindless drivel on TV the same fake news phonie nature documentries and fake news WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE

Seriously, the Bible tells us clearly about our day in this quote from Matthew 15. “There are blind leaders of the blind and if the blind leads the blind, both will fall into a ditch.”
It’s incredulous that people are so willing to be led like sheep to the slaughter. Politicians are not experts in anything. Which of these folks are going to give up their car?
if they threw out all the the stuff fade using Fossil Fuels they would be sitting in a empty house with nothing left something for them to think about

A case of collective insanity…
“Comfort level not realistic” – I think even greater comfort levels should be “realistic” – a free market economy will bring that about.
So we “have to move rapidly” toward a car-less and comfort-less future? So start moving already!
I think it’s face book . Way to much … I had lettuce for lunch . People need to belong though and the green religion doesn’t quite have the baggage .
The problem with it is that people are constantly in conflict with its message
and actually they don’t care . They are just refining who to blame cause it ain’t them .
these people are just incredibly well off and ignorant/arrogant…the two go together. The carzy ideas/policies they support/propose would destroy our culture and well being and the worst effects would be and already are in the poorest countries. Ironically without fossil fuels there ancestors would have died out or never been born …one of the few negatives of our brillant science and engineering, it enables peole like these to survive and prosper. The use of children is abusive brainwashing.
