In the April 4, 2023, print edition of The Epoch Times, there is a wonderful article regarding the history of climate change and climate change predictions, or hoaxes over the last century.
The article cited 42 of the nearly 100 failed predictions since 1923 in some detail. [emphasis, links added]
Climate Change: To be clear, I am not a climate change denier. Climate change has been happening on the planet since the time God created the sun and then added air and water to the surface of the Earth.
The air and the water react to the heat from the sun and this results in weather, climate, and climate change. It is as simple as that.
Climate change existed long before God got around to creating man and there is nothing man can do to influence weather or climate in the long term.
The long-term for this purpose is more than a few years. Even if man engaged in a nuclear holocaust, the resulting nuclear winter’s impact on climate and weather would likely last less than a decade.
Scientists: There are, no doubt, scientists who have studied weather and climate and hold the opinion that man influences climate change. Unfortunately for them, they have not yet come up with repeatable data to support their theory.
On the other hand, there are weather and climate scientists like Dr. Ed Berry who have used government weather and climate data to demonstrate that human-caused climate change is nothing but a myth.
Furthermore, when a person claiming to be a scientist suggests climate change or any scientific endeavor is “settled science,” you are listening to someone who is not a real scientist, someone who is a grifter.
A real scientist will tell you there is no such thing as settled science. Real scientists are always questioning and trying to drill deeper into every subject.
Seers: Seers are people who try to convince the gullible that they can predict future events. Some of the weather and climate change seers claim to be weather and/or climate scientists.
If they are “scientists,” they have forgotten what the scientific method is in the way they do business. They are really just seers.
These “scientific” weather and climate change experts have an extremely severe problem. As seers, they predict catastrophic climate events 5, 10, and 15 years in the future.
As scientists, they can’t tell us with 100% certainty what tomorrow’s weather will be. But these “scientist seers” expect people to believe their predictions that are years away. Wow! However, a lot of people do. (See “Fools” below.)
Fearmongers: The concept of human-caused climate change ushered in a whole new industry. By the 1960s, the ethically challenged discovered that they could use the fear of catastrophic climate change predictions as an income stream, and the human-caused climate change hoax was birthed.
It started with human-caused global cooling. The Earth was going to become one big ice ball, according to Al Gore Senior. Later, when the modern ice age failed to appear, human-caused global warming became the mantra, and the Earth was to become a burnt crisp cinder, thanks to Al Gore Junior.
Oops, that didn’t happen either. No problem. The human-caused climate change hucksters decided to cover all the bases with human-caused climate change as the term of choice. Whether warming or cooling, they would just adjust as necessary at the moment.
The reality in 2023 is that the fearmongers turned away from science and turned climate change into a political issue. And this political agenda issue has turned into the most profitable trillion-dollar industry that has no overhead costs.
Unfortunately, this scam is funded by taxpayer dollars and thousands of people have gotten super rich. Fear is a hell of a profit center, and it’s free!
Jokesters: The occupants of the human-caused global climate change space are jokesters and they don’t even know it. The joke is on the masses of people who don’t have critical thinking skills and tend to believe any tripe they are told by so-called experts.
They believe solar power is a reliable energy source. They believe wind-powered energy is a good reliable energy source. They believe electric vehicles are the wave of the future.
Well, the joke is on them. Without their taxpayer dollars subsidizing these programs, they would not exist because they are neither reliable nor cost-effective.
But the political jokesters have their smoke and mirrors working so well that people can’t or won’t see these realities.
Fools: The green energy realm is occupied by fools who refuse to see the reality that these “green energy” initiatives are far more damaging to the earth’s environment than fossil fuels.
The surface mining for the needed material alone does more damage to forests than oil production has done in its whole existence.
The worn-out windmill blades, solar panels, and batteries from electric vehicles are not biodegradable and disposal will pollute wherever they end up.
These fools don’t understand electricity doesn’t come out of the wall plug. More likely than not, it is generated by fossil fuels somewhere.
The California governor wants only electric vehicles sold in his state at the same time he is telling citizens to turn down the temperature on their electric heat and turn up the temperature on their air conditioning and refrigerator so as not to overstress the electric grid.
There is a fool of a man that cannot connect the dots.
And these bemused fools seem to think everything is beautiful in spite of the fact that these utopian green energy solutions are causing them discomfort while raising the household energy bill. These fools are going broke while the climate change shills are getting rich. What a deal!
I usually adhere to the “fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me” approach to life. But, it is fool-me-a-hundred-times fools I want to know because I have this bridge for sale.
Wake up world. Human-caused global climate change is the most successful absurdity of a scam ever perpetrated on humanity.
This is nothing less than fearmongering and eco-terrorism perpetrated by the green lobby with the near-total complicity of many world governments.

The worst I have discovered in 25 years of climate science reading
There is lots of evidence for AGW
There is no evidence for CAGW
The author does not know the difference betweeen AGW and CAGW.
He does not even know what AGW is.
Hint: AGW incudes several climate variables, not just CO2.
The author talks about the sun, which is very important for the climate of our planet, but he has no idea that the sun is NOT responsible for any climate CHANGE on our planet in the past 50 years. There has been no change in top of the atmosphere (TOA) solar energy in the satellite age. For the sun to cause climate change, that TOA measurement has to change. In fact, TOA solar insolation decreased slightly while the global average temperature rose. The author does not know the difference between climate and climate change.
In summary, uneducated authors like this make it very difficult to refute climate change scaremongering, which I have tried to do for the past 25 years. Some basic climate science knowledge is required. This author is lacking.
I wrote a much longer criticism under the original article at the Canadian website. It has not appeared and probably never will.
