The EU Commission has been accused of a gross miscalculation over its final renewable energy subsidies bill. Wow! A sign of intelligence finally showing up. Of course these “Climate bills” are all about total control. The only way to make them work.
Washington State shows the attempt to use dictatorship to impose parts of the climate change agenda. It is well known that voters rejected a tax on carbon dioxide emissions in the 2016 elections and again in 2018. Very recently a bill has been introduced in the legislator to tax such emissions.
As always the Democrats don’t think we can make our own choices for and so them in their infanat wisdom must make our choices for us its like going to a restruant with some wheatgerm inhaling health freak who decides they will order our meals for us and we get up and either leave or go to another table and tell them to Butt Out
Spurwing Plover you are right about the people who introduced and support this tax. However, I now realize that I was a little careless in my comment in that I omitted that this tax legislation has little chance of making it out of committee.
It is so easy to laugh off the GND as too ridiculous to make it. Consider what it would mean to them if they won an election and attained power.
Our news is filled with the actions of whacko’s. The radicals would try to do everything we fear they would. Like Maduro, they would refuse election results. Don’t let these guys get a foot inside your door.
