Let’s assume that Noel Brown, the senior environmental official in the United Nations was correct. In 1989 we only had ten years to save the planet. Well, we blew it, and now it is too late. If it is too late to save the planet then there is no need for renewable energy or carbon dioxide reduction schemes.
