Climate Disaster Unfolding At The EPA

A holdover from the Obama EPA (and there have been many) has been active in the resistance against President Trump’s deregulation policies.

The holdover has been the director of The Office of Transportation and Air Quality. This department regulates the trillion-dollar automotive industry.

The name of the Obama-appointed Director is Christopher Grundler.

Grundler, as mentioned, is a never-Trumper bureaucrat, who slow-walked and sabotaged the efforts of President Trump to deregulate the automotive emissions and disastrous fuel-consumption policies of the Obama era.

In addition, under Grundler since 2017 – 2018, there have been instances of fraud in the Office of Transportation and Air Quality.

For example, one related to Volvo automotive emissions testing being conducted using fraudulent, non-permitted standards for test vehicles.

As a disciplinary action for his resistance activities and for the fraud, Grundler was quietly removed recently as director of the Office of Transportation and Air Quality.

So far so good. However, due to all the staff and union regulations in the massive federal bureaucracy, he has not been fired (not yet anyway), and instead was “demoted” to become director of what is evidently viewed by some in the EPA as a “less important” department. 

Thus in early August, deep-state Obama official Mr. Grundler will, unfortunately, become director of The Office of Atmospheric Programs.

The Office of Atmospheric Programs is in control of regulations and programs for “climate change and global warming.” That is its portfolio.

Dear readers, the battle for truth and the same policies related to energy and climate is shifting from science to political power. We have already won the science battle, but that has not slowed the political power grab efforts of the climate hysteria political mob.

Grundler is a Green New Deal advocate.

A Green New Deal, in the form of EPA regulations, would be difficult to stop.

To have the never-Trumper deep-state resistance bureaucrat, Grundler, who promotes the global warming-caused-by-human activity and CO2 fraud, in charge of the EPA climate division would be a disaster for the United States and the people in it.

As well as a science debate disaster for every scientist and citizen who is working on behalf of an accurate, honest approach to climate issues.

The EPA, if used against us in both the scientific and political struggle, can cause considerable damage. There is a staff of 14,000 people and the total budget is about $9 billion.

However, even worse than the massive EPA resources that would pour into the climate fraud is that EPA departments make regulations which become law without the need for congressional approval.

Grundler as department director would be able to make climate-related regulations, enforce them, and act as the judiciary also, in matters related to “climate change.”  

EPA department directors have almost dictatorial power. 

If Grundler manages to be installed in August, or in fact ever, as director of the “climate change” department, it will be more difficult to remove him than before he begins.

Blocking this member of the resistance who is against President Trump would be a more effective alternative.
