When you hear this about a weather event “93 million people are under the threat of excessive heat…” it is an attempt a creating as many “weather victims” as possible. Since there are no Gulf or Atlantic hurricanes today TWC focuses on the Pacific storms; creating an undertone of “you are next”. All of these players are pushing climate change as an existential threat to human kind. This approach is corrupt because the goal is economic/cultural domination by a global government. Your freedom is on the chopping block if the globalists win.
