I’m not saying the “Rights(as realists are called)” are always right, but, there is no fair sharing of opinions: The stakes have been made. Anyone not complying to the induced “rules” is ruled out. Look at the new pull-out of coal: After having decided to exit atomic energy by 2022, the Merkel government is being pushed toward exiting coal usage by 2030. The decision is to be made by “very competent” scientists like Hans Joachim Schellnhuber, Claudia Kemfert and others, by green NGO’s and local initiatives (against coal), by politicians and of course religious representatives.
Why pay “these experts” for an expertise already made up?
The translation of energiewende is energy turn, as in changing direction. If just one letter is deleted we get energieende, which is the end of energy. That is a more appropriate name.
It was obvious from the very beginning of the Paris Treaty that most nations would miss their goals. Germany has been really stupid in thinking it can decrease its emissions at the same time it is shutting down all of its nuclear power plants and allowing a lot of immigration.
Germany is an excellent example of what not to do. Unfortunately liberals are incapable of learning from the mistakes of others. There is a Steyer backed petition in Arizona to mandate 50% renewable energy by 2030, and Germany has failed with a 30% goal.
Germany would look fairly stupid by continuing to drink the cool aid , destroying their economy while China and other countries eat their lunch .
Politicians who think people are going to accept annual fuel poverty deaths in the tens off thousands and watch their economies sacrificed over an over blown fraud are
going to have very short careers .
They have an easy out and they should take it while they can . The climate models used to justify the largest hoax in history have been proven to grossly exaggerate any warming . When the facts change policies change or people are really going to get that those needless deaths are actually occurring to fulfill a globalist (communist ) agenda
