As you may very well have heard by now, TIME once again rewarded their “Person of the Year” award to a person who doesn’t deserve it.
While I’m not remotely saying she falls in line with past TIME Magazine winners such as Adolf Hitler or Joseph Stalin, the propaganda machine that revolves around teenage environmental activist Greta Thunberg is certainly more focused on political change than it is environmental.
As I wrote earlier today, Thunberg doesn’t deserve this award by a long shot.
Not only was her highly publicized epic voyage not the carbon-free journey it was billed as, but all of her efforts to convince students to skip school and be more environmentally responsible amounted to nothing.
In fact, emissions are still up four percent since 2015 and not decreasing in the least.
The Thunberg saga is the summation of everything that is wrong with the environmentalist movement. It’s a very well-funded and overreported performance that masks a political agenda laced with absurd amounts of hypocrisy.
What’s worse is that they’ve convinced a young girl with a mental illness that she’s the only thing standing between us and the end of the world.
What’s more, it’s all based on bad science.
Thunberg’s worshipers aren’t even concerned with improving the environment themselves. In the last Climate March, protesters blocked traffic and kept cars out on the road, spewing emissions, for far longer than they should have been.
They also set fire to trash in the middle of the road, spewing fumes into the air.
And then there was this weird display that solved zero problems but did create a lot of litter.
Now #ShutDownDC has guys twerking while people throw confetti at them to… stop climate change? Littering confetti is a bold new tactic to stop climate change, let’s see how it works out. These people are not mentally well.

How any of this helps with the climate change problem is a question I’ve previously asked, but still haven’t gotten an answer to. I’ve seen a few people talk about “raising awareness” but I think we’re all pretty aware of the environment.
They’ve been drilling it in our heads that we’re all going to die from climate change since I was a small child in school.
Greta and the climate change activists of the world do nothing to help the environment, and the reason why is simple. Most of them aren’t actually out to improve the environment.
They’re there for political reasons, if not out just to make themselves feel like they’re not part of the problem they’ve been told they have been all their lives.
Even Thunberg admitted in a post at Project Syndicate it’s not so much about environmentalism as it is the regression of our system into some social justice laden monstrosity, or as it’s more popularly known, “socialism”:
That action must be powerful and wide-ranging. After all, the climate crisis is not just about the environment. It is a crisis of human rights, of justice, and of political will.
Colonial, racist, and patriarchal systems of oppression have created and fueled it. We need to dismantle them all. Our political leaders can no longer shirk their responsibilities.
Meanwhile, there really are activists out there affecting real change, going out there and cleaning up the messes that are causing serious problems, and they’re being lead by a guy the mainstream media and the left would rather not acknowledge even exists.
His name is Scott Pressler, and you’ve already heard of him despite the mainstream media’s best efforts.
You first heard of Pressler when he kickstarted a movement called “The Persistence” that went to Boston in order to clean up the streets of the city since the politicians wouldn’t.
It happened during the time when President Donald Trump had called Boston a trash-filled, rat-infested city. As the Democrats and activists were busy calling Trump a racist, Pressler took to the streets to solve the problem.
Pressler and his movement cleaned up 29 tons of trash from the streets of Baltimore to the appreciation of its residents, but he didn’t stop there.
Pressler and his group then went on to Los Angeles, a city currently so trashed and filthy that it was resurrecting medieval diseases among its homeless population.
Pressler’s movement picked up 50 tons of trash from that city.
He then went on to Chicago, Illinois, and Austin, Texas, to the same.
In less than a year, Pressler has inspired and affected far more change for the betterment of the environment than Thunberg.
The left would argue that Thunberg’s activism will be better for us in the long run, but there have been many activists doing the same thing Thunberg has over the past few decades and we’re still seeing an increase in carbon emissions.
This is because America isn’t the problem. According to The Diplomat, we can thank China and India for the vast majority of the carbon emissions that are actually causing harm right now:
The study reveals that air pollution has caused over 4.2 million early deaths across the globe in 2015, out of which India and China alone accounted for 25.7 percent and 26.1 percent respectively.
HEI focuses on two measures of outdoor air pollution in their Global Burden of Disease Project: ambient fine particulate matter (airborne particles less than or equal to 2.5 micrometers in diameter, or PM2.5) and ozone, a reactive gas.
These are the most widely studied and monitored air pollutants worldwide, with PM2.5 responsible for the vast majority of early deaths (4.2 million, compared to 254,000 attributed to ozone).
Odd that these activists only seem to want to go after places where there is no chance of danger, and there’s a receptive, built-in audience ready to cheer them on in front of the cameras.
Pressler isn’t being given mainstream media attention and no one is being encouraged to treat him as some sort of modern-day saint, complete with spraypainted murals on the side of buildings.
Outside of the conservative mediasphere, Pressler is completely ignored by everyone, including TIME.
Pressler is a far greater hero and an inspiration than Thunberg will ever be, but again, this was never about the environment. It’s all about politics.

Scott Pressler’s efforts as well intended as they are will have no lasting effect. He might take the trash out of the neighborhoods, but the pigs who litter are still there. In a year there will be no sign of Pressler’s clean up.
Keep in mind that particulate pollution is not carbon dioxide emissions. Particulate pollution is emitted when burning some fossil fuels, especially coal, but these power plants should be scrubbing their emissions. I will again point out that fossil fuels often reduce particulate pollution. My home town of Klamath Falls Oregon had pretty bad air pollution in the winter from use of wood stoves. The city encouraged and subsidized the conversation to natural gas, and the pollution went away.
A liberal rag like time is not about to name a real person who has used a little elbow grease to please up the mess after all this is the same liberal rag that call a radical enviromentalist’s Paul Watson a Hero of the Planet Time is pretty much a liberal leftists rag
