Guaranteed that they’re losing believers forever in this long drawn out winter. I read something today that climate change will fall out of favor in the crusade for carbon taxes. It was a mistake, the “Climate” isn’t cooperating. They’ll try instead to sell the tax on its own merits, that it is good policy. Don’t expect to get a vote on it.
They are so fearful of everything. So much fear that they fear their fear of the future may be lessened with good news so they just have to add “but…this isn’t really good because if we lump 15 years together it’s still terrible.”
Or perhaps, this is their paycheck…hmm…
But they’ll just say that this is more proof of climate change caused by CO2 increases in the atmosphere and was predicted by models (that they haven’t yet created but will soon have done!)
