The Version 6.0 global average lower tropospheric temperature (LT) anomaly for July 2019 was +0.38 deg. C, down from the June 2019 value of +0.47 deg. C:
The linear warming trend since January 1979 remains at +0.13 C/decade.

Yet another spurious graph.
What is an ‘anomaly’?
Presumably, the 0 line is a mean of all values from 1981 – 2010. What is the distribution curve for these data. Is it a normal distribution? What are the outliers? What is the standard deviation and how far from the mean do these measurements lie? what errors are included in the measurements? Why is the X axis shown at such a small scale. I could go on and on.
Suffice to say, the graph is meaningless.
