President Donald Trump and America have been on a winning streak lately not seen since Reagan.
After eight years of complete and absolute malaise, underachievement, sub-par everything and at best mediocre performance, President Trump has righted the directionless, drifting ship and set America on a new course—a course of winning.
American exceptionalism is finally back in Vogue, and American is being Made Great Again.
To continue this path however President Trump should reconsider having public Red Team/Blue Team climate change debates.
Recently President Trump was given some ill-advised counsel and decided not to pursue the concept promoted by EPA Director Scott Pruitt.

The idea of publicly critiquing climate change on the national stage has been a notable theme for Scott Pruitt, the administrator of the E.P.A. For nearly a year he has championed the notion of holding military-style exercises known as a red team, blue team debates, possibly to be broadcast live, to question the validity of climate change.”
And yes – that really is bad news. In my view, it’s one of the biggest mistakes so far of Trump’s otherwise winning presidency.
It’s a betrayal of both the president’s instincts and his authority.
This is a HUGE mistake, and President Trump is big-ly wrong to not follow the advice of Scott Pruitt.
There is a reason the progressives put such a focus on Climate Change…their financial lives depend upon it. Socialism and Progressive NGOs aren’t self-sustaining, they require a capitalism host to support them.
Now that the Tobacco Money has run out, new sources of funding must be discovered.
George Soro’s has aided them with $18 billion earned off the financial markets of Capitalism, but that is nothing compared to the endless stream of income they can get if they can loot the Oil Industry with its inelastic demand and no viable alternatives.
Looting the Oil Industry is Socialist’s wet dream…just look at how successful it was in Venezuela (sarc).
The importance of looting the Oil Industry cannot be overstated.
The progressives can motivate their base with efforts like Black Lives Matter, MeToo, kneeling during the National Anthem, booing God during their Convention, tearing down Crosses and historical monuments, closing schools with Teacher strikes, blocking the entrance to sporting events, rioting at conservative speaker talks, protesting the mascots and names of sports teams, hosting Anti-Gun and Anti-Unborn Life Rallies, pardoning criminal illegal aliens set for deportation, and flooding states like Califonia with new Democratic Voters through an open-border policy, but those efforts don’t pay the bills, in fact, they cost huge sums of money to sustain.
Chartered buses, jets, and manufactured colored signs aren’t cheap. It costs a lot of money to perpetually exploit the fears, vulnerabilities, and insecurities of minorities and women. To fund the Progressive’s divisive war on the US Constitution and destruction of the Capitalist Satan America, they need money…lots of money.
There is no better source of funding for these Progressives than the very product that sustains Capitalism…its energy source. Oil enables the Capitalism Machine to run.

The entire inspiration for this blog was to expose how easy it would be to debunk the “science” behind global warming/climate change in a debate and to provide the needed arguments made for public consumption.
The original posts of this blog were made in the form of Exhibits for a Court Case, in expectation of what is happening today in San Francisco.
The hearing in California is giving President Trump all the evidence he needs to prove that man-made climate change hoax beyond any reasonable doubt and is nothing more than a manufactured crisis enabling Progressive Groups to loot the Oil Industry.
The Plaintiffs made the mistake of actually filing official documents for the public to review. After the Hockeystick disaster, Climate Alarmists have been very very careful to hide the facts and raw data from the public and policymakers.

Now that the Climate Alarmists have made public their best and most convincing arguments, the fraud is easily exposed.
The presentation made by the Climate Alarmists/Progressive Looters to defend their position is truly laughable and would be a complete embarrassment if done in any other field of science.
While climate realists have been exposed to constant attacks, critiques and exposed themselves to the usual rigors of the classical scientific process, the Climate Alarmists have not.
They avoided argument strengthening debates, they gave them the equivalent of participation trophies through a Journal Publication process controlled by “Peers” that would make Russian Olympic Judges look fair.
Climate realists are like the player that earned his spot on the team through hard work, talent, and excellence whereas the Climate Alarmists are the kid that only plays because his dad is the coach…and their team loses every game because of it.
President Trump should use the official documents filed in the California vs Exxon Case as a foundation for the public debates.

The Climate Alarmists have given President Trump the greatest gift ever, they made their arguments known to the public so that they can be exposed to scrutiny.
Up until now, the goal was to obfuscate, confuse, and keep the target moving. First, it was a coming ice age, then it was global warming, and now it was the nonsensical climate change.
Climate change is the norm, never in the history of the earth has the climate not been changing…just look at Al Gore’s chart.
Now that the Climate Alarmists have filed official documents, society can have an honest debate as to whether or not the science supporting the claims of CATASTROPHIC climate change justify the trillions of public dollars spent on fighting it.
Society can finally answer the question “is building a wind farm a better use of our money than building a school and hospital in the inner cities?”
Sunlight can finally be shined on this important public policy debate. As the Washington Post’s slogan goes “Democracy Dies in Darkness.”
The public finally has a chance to see just how settled the science is backing the climate alarmism promoted by the WAPO and the rest of the mainstream media.
Ironically, Climate Alarmism has thrived in darkness, and the WAPO, NYT, CBS, ABC, NBC, MSNBC, CNN, and others have eagerly and willingly provided the shade.
President Trump should provide the light needed to disinfect this issue.
This climate issue, however, provides President Trump a much greater opportunity than simply winning a scientific debate, it provides him an opportunity to really Make America Great Again.
This climate change issue has corrupted the most important institutions of our Nation, undermined our Democracy, and threatens our National Security.
By exposing the climate change lie, he will expose just how pervasive the corruption of this Progressive policy truly is.
The impact, scale, and scope of the climate change corruption make Watergate unnoticeable on the scale of deceit and dishonesty.

The list of conspirators is a Who’s Who list of Trump and Capitalism enemies. Driving a stake in the heart of climate change will be the biggest win of all for Trump in his path to MAGA.
But with Trump’s inauguration it will be the beginning of the end for the Green Blob—that sinister cabal of corrupt politicians, UN- and EU-technocrats, bent scientists, shrill activists, rent-seeking corporatists, blood-sucking lawyers and gullible journalists which has held the world to ransom these last four decades by promoting the man-made climate change scare story and other, related environmental scams.
Calling it a “conspiracy” may seem like hyperbole, but the arrogance of the conspirators makes it easy to prove as they willing stood for photo-ops.
It is commonplace for Progressive Groups to get together to plot their next looting. Their events are often published in the news.
The story begins in 2012 in sunny La Jolla, California. A group of key figures from the Green Blob—academics, professional activists, lawyers, scientists, PR agency heads—have gathered to discuss the heist of the century. Their plan is to terrorize big business with a form of environmentalist blackmail, which they will use, in the manner of a Mafia-style protection racket to bully their target companies (with the help of tame lawyers and complicitous government officials) into handing over millions, if not billions, of dollars.
With the publication of the climate alarmist documents, I was encouraged by how bad the science truly is. If this is the best the climate alarmists have, they truly have less than nothing.
This emperor truly has no clothes, and OZ has no Wizard. They don’t even have Strawman arguments to beat down.
They really have nothing…but the momentum and supporters behind their lie. The Stanford Law discussed how this case opens the door for more “innovative lawsuits.”
They seemed oblivious to the fact that the evidence behind the prosecution is completely absent. This is guilt by accusation to the extreme.
There is more evidence supporting the claims of being a Witch in Salem than CO2 causes warming, yet Stanford Laws seem eager and willing to light the first torch.
I see this case as part of a growing line of innovative lawsuits, like Juliana v. the United States and Village of Kivalina v. ExxonMobil, where members of the public are testing out legal theories and strategies designed to shake the country out of its complacency and highlight the need for much more urgent and robust action.
This is how Stanford Law approached the Science. They simply promoted the myth that highly interested and conflicted parties produced valid scientific research.
Once again, if what was presented by the Climate Alarmists in the Court Case counts as valid science, valid science has no meaning. Anyone with even an ounce of skepticism would be able to debunk the claims (click here).
Finally, I suspect the court was using this novel case as an opportunity for a bit of public education. The judge likely knew that the media would cover the tutorial proceeding and that there would be some level of public interest in what the oil companies had to say. The fact that oil companies essentially conceded and reiterated the conclusions of the IPCC in open court makes the landscape even more challenging for the last few climate deniers still out there.
Stanford Law did, however, mention this bit of encouragement for the Climate Realists.
Afterall, Oil companies don’t produce CO2 they produce petroleum products, people that burn petroleum produce CO2. Forests produce wood, burning wood creates CO2.
It is unclear what this suit, and the others like it, will achieve at the end of the day. If the plaintiffs unearth damaging internal industry documents or force the industry to concede the foundational facts once and for all, that surely serves one public purpose. But whether state and local governments, which are experiencing rising sea levels and related climate impacts, will actually obtain compensation from the industry is a much more complex and uncertain question. Ultimately, the plaintiffs must show that a 50-year or whatever delay caused by the industry cover-up is the cause of damages that they are experiencing today. That’s a tall order.
To highlight how successful and evasive the corruption campaign has been, the Oil Majors didn’t even really wage a defense. They basically surrendered, and let others do their fighting for them.
The oil majors have been about as helpful as a chocolate fireguard in this case. You’d think that with all those billions, they’d have a little to set aside to make a decent fight in defense of their own industry…When the judge asked the various parties to give him a tutorial on climate change, only Chevron bothered to do so. Instead, most of the best scientific arguments have been made for them by skeptics offering amicus curiae – ‘friends of the court’ – briefs. Despite what you hear claimed by climate alarmists, skeptics receive little if any financial support from the oil industry because the oil industry just doesn’t want the flak – and it knows that skeptics are so committed to their cause they’re prepared to say this stuff for free, so why bother?
It appears that through public pension ownership of Oil Company Stock, progressives have been successful in stacking/corrupting the boards of these companies with lackeys.
President Trump should have the SEC look into how Public Pensions vote their member’s shares. Hiring CEOs that want to destroy the companies they run is hardly in the interest of the shareholders.
Shareholders of these companies should demand the board represents their interests, not the progressives running their pensions.
GE’s venture into the Green Economy Swamp has destroyed billions of shareholder value, and it may even be dropped from the Dow Jones Industrial Index.
It is worth remembering, we won WWII because we had access to oil and our enemies didn’t. GE also built many of the weapons we needed.
Trying to fight a war relying on wind and solar is complete and dangerous folly. Using our military budget to retool our ships to be “green” is another dangerous folly.
Exxon’s Rex Tillerson wanted the U.S. to stay in the Paris Climate Accord; Shell’s CEO Ben Van Beurden is a veritable Uriah Heep when it comes to grovelling about the evils of his industry; BP once tried to rebrand itself “Beyond Petroleum” lest anyone confuse it with a company whose business model depended on extracting sticky black stuff from the ground.
There is nothing President Trump could do more to preserve the Republic than the expose its enemies as the anti-capitalist frauds that they are.
The best way to do that is to expose the climate change fraud and cut off their future funding. GE and Europe should be taken as warnings to America that following the path of the Green Blob leads to certain disaster.
By exposing the climate change fraud, we can start to rebuild the credibility of our Nations foundational institutions.
Climate change is the keystone and funding source of the entire progressive movement, remove it, and their house of cards will crumble.
In conclusion, hosting public Red Team Blue Team Debates will go a long way towards MAGA. If the Judge finds in favor of the climate alarmists, it will set the most dangerous of legal precedents, establishing the blueprint for unfettered Progressive looting, and the realization of Ayn Rand’s Dystopian Society of Atlas Shrugged.
Progressives had better be careful what they wish for. Using the Judicial System to protect and encourage criminal behavior and corruption is a certain path to destroying this Great Country.
The consequences cannot be overstated, America is a Nation of laws based on truth and justice, without them, we are nothing. The path to world domination goes through Oil, and the Chinese know it.
