Two more additions to the steadily accumulating evidence that CO2 plays an insignificant to a negligible role in climate change have recently been published in the scientific literature.
Last year, Dr. Rex J. Fleming, a former NOAA climate scientist who earned both his Master’s and Ph.D. in meteorology, published a paper (Fleming, 2018) in the Environmental Earth Sciences journal that detailed the lack of an identifiable causal relationship between CO2 concentration changes and Earth’s temperature.
Fleming theorized that the Earth has warmed in the modern era as a consequence of the strong solar activity during the 20th century (the Modern Maximum) shielding cosmic ray intensification and thus reducing decadal-scale cloud cover, which leads to warming via an increase in absorbed surface solar radiation as illustrated here by Ogurtsov et al., 2012 and detailed by Avakyan, 2013, McLean, 2014, Herman et al., 2013, Goode and Palle, 2007, Loeb et al., 2018, Pokrovsky, 2019, and others.
Fleming has now published an expanded version of his 2018 paper in a Springer© book entitled The Rise and Fall of the Carbon Dioxide Theory of Climate Change.
He reaches the same conclusion: CO2 has “no role” in the process of influencing climate.
Another climate sensitivity paper (Krainov and Smirnov, 2019) published in the journal Atomic and Molecular Radiative Processes finds a negligible (0.02 K) warming contribution from human emissions.
Physicists Dr. Vladimir Krainov, atomic physicist, and Dr. Boris Smirnov, author of over a dozen physics textbooks – conclude “injections of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere as a result of the combustion of fossil fuels is not important for the greenhouse effect.”

Absolutely no point in asking a politician a technical question. They don’t know, and what’s more, they don’t care. Their handlers have told them that this is the way to get elected – and that’s what they ‘care’ about.
The election is still 14 months away. When that gets down to two months to go, then it will pay to spend some time listening to what the candidates have to say. Between now and then – it’s just a way to waste time – and get upset. Let them preach to their own echo chamber…..
CO2 effect on global warming has always been a hoax. Atmospheric Volume percent CO2 in 1900 was 275 ppm. In 2000 it was 400 ppm having increased 125 ppm or 0.0125% by volume in a hundred years. Not one global warming enthusiast has ever shown that this minute increase is sufficient to affect atmospheric temperature.
The amount of CO2 is irrelevant. No gas is capable of increasing our temperature. It would be a violation of physical laws that govern our universe. CO2 in particular is the world’s most widely used industrial coolant. Oh, but what about water vapor? .. recall that water is the most widely used general coolant in the world.

The scientists coming forward now are certainly most welcome but most of them are only doing so as they head out to pasture and as lone voices they will be soundly ignored . They are at least 10 years too late .

According to J. Trudeau, the current PM of Canada, as well as his Climate fascist McKenna (AKA barbie ), if they increase the Trudeau Carbon Tax enough, it will allow them to morph into gods and enable them to control climate. Increasing their Tax even further would provide the God given power to reverse climate, making the entire world the perfect temperature.
Trudeau thinks he can control world climate the same way he tried to control and manipulate Canadian laws, the Courts and the judicial system.
The reason the facts mean nothing to those pushing the AGW is warming is just an excuse for their agendas. There are many agenda including socialism but consider huge income carbon (dioxide) taxes can generate.
I’m sure a calculator or computer spit out the 0.02 C of warming by mankind, but when the numbers are that close to zero we can not be confident in them.
