Organizers say millions of youth around the world have joined the Fridays for Future student walkouts to protest climate change.
They have hailed its founder, 16-year-old Greta Thunberg of Sweden, who is currently on a North American tour to join protests and speak out on the alleged emergency facing the world, including at the United Nations last month.
And while Thunberg has been careful to cater to indigenous groups and their activist supporters – she has claimed some protests are taking place on indigenous land – many are now turning on her, claiming that she is getting attention because she is white and that support for her is proof that white supremacy and white privilege are alive and well.
“Y’all need to ask yourselves why you find it so much easier to hear from white people, regardless of age, when it comes to the violence they have caused across the world,” No White Saviours tweeted.
“It is a SYMPTOM of global white supremacy that certain people are HEARD & given a platform, certain people have access to the RESOURCES to be the HEROES that the world will pay attention to.”
It is a SYMPTOM of global white supremacy that certain people are HEARD & given a platform, certain people have access to the RESOURCES to be the HEROES that the world will pay attention to. We are constantly saving ourselves from y’all, but that story doesn’t hit right does it?

“Greta should have grabbed some children from Flint or NJ and took them to the UN. They are impacted right now by environmental terrorism caused by racism, White Supremacy, and racialzed governance. Greta at the UN was the epitome of White Privilege/White power= Save white kids!” Marley K tweeted.

“Propping up Thunberg over Indigenous people who have been fighting this battle for ages can’t be reduced to it’s the message that counts.”
Thunberg’s message isn’t an accurate assessment of the threat of the climate crisis (if it was white supremacy would be more explicit),” Hari Ziyad tweeted.
“Thunberg’s message is that we need to always think of protecting the little white kids. The same message that is part of the problem in the first place,” Ziyad tweeted.
Activists seem to believe that this has long been an issue with “people of color” have long been believers manmade climate change.
“No disrespect to Young Greta, but a quick tutorial on “White Supremacy”… El Viejo Ebro tweeted.
“INDIGENOUS PEOPLE HAVE BEEN WARNING EVERYONE ALL OVER THE GLOBE ABOUT “CLIMATE CHANGE” FOR DECADES!!” one person tweeted.
“There is no mention of them now that this is mainstream. Just Greta…” he tweeted.
“I’m glad to see so many sharing @GretaThunberg ‘s #HowDareYou message,” another tweeted.
“However, Indigenous peoples have been saying this for 500 years. So it is not a new message. Her message has political and cultural authority due to white supremacy.”
“White environmentalists are instead urged to support and raise awareness of the work being done by people like Canadian Indigenous teen Autumn Peltier, an advocate for water protection of the Great Lakes, and ‘Little Miss Flint’, a youth activist raising awareness of the US city of Flint’s water crisis,” the New Zealand-based Newshub website reported on the backlash.

I know that inter – racial relationships are NOT welcome on the Six Nations Reserve, Ontario.
Natives who shack up with whites are called apples…red on the outside only. They are ostracized until they leave.
What that has to do with 410ppm CO2, I have no idea.
Westerners seem to have a romanticized relationship of the first peoples. Its almost childish in a way. The old ‘noble savage’ canard has been overblown. They are people like you and me and they have good people, bigots and idiots as well in their culture.
Agreed, Frank. One on one, I’ve never had a problem with a ‘first nations’ member. They were good friends in school, they’re friendly neighbours now. If you ask, they’ll admit that the activists stir the pot. We’re seeing too much of that everywhere today, pipeline protesters, whatever. Rotten eggs, all.
All Ya’ll,
Red, yellow, black, and white who are precious in HIS sight, making radical moves to call attention to a world that is burning… All Ya’ll are being lied to by the globalist progressive left.
Greta Thunberg has become a 16 year old managed pawn of the globalist progressive left. (pray for Greta)
Climate alarmism claims have NO BASIS IN SCIENCE OR TRUTH. Climate alarmism, at it’s heart, is evil personified.
What fate awaits All Ya’ll, red, yellow, black, and white “Greta Thunberg’s” 30 years from now when Climate alarmism claims fail to materialize again??
OR what fate awaits All Ya’ll, red, yellow, black, and white deniers 30 years from now when Climate alarmism claims fail to materialize and we have lost our freedom??

I guess their looking to make this Child into some Goddess to with idol which will be set up for people to bow down to or leave little offerings to just you wait
Instead of looking to formulate U.S policies that make SENSE in support of an ongoing energy transition & attendant environmental protection, once again, we veer “off course.” We get entangled in “environmental justice,” “indigenous grievances,” “White Supremacy” & a “Climate Crisis.” What I find most ironic about all this is the media narrative surrounding both Dakota Access & Keystone XL, the centerpiece of this “road show,” is completely FALSE. If you look at the actual FACTS surrounding these two infrastructure projects and the permitting process, they don’t REMOTELY resemble anything you have read or seen in the media. There is a MOUNTAIN of tangible evidence to support that assessment. All you have to do is search the public records. Unfortunately, the Standing Rock Sioux (primarily) and (now) Ms. Thunberg are being USED by environmental activists all as part of a well organized effort to misrepresent and discredit these critical pipeline projects. I’d submit that with the “subterfuge” created, the TRUTH has taken a Holiday…
“Indigenous peoples have been saying this for 500 years” I just love it! If you’ve been whining about this for the 500 years and yet, nothing happened is it the time for you to realize that it is bull crap? Or you need another 500 years to figure it out?
And why is that we have to have such huge respect for the”indigenous people? What they actually contribute to the civilized world? I have no idea. But I do know that the most dangerous place to live in America is close to the “indigenous” people’s reservations.
We cannot let the wackos do us in. It’s not the enemy at the gates we need to worry about, it’s the loonies within. OUR message should be clear: how dare YOU, wackos. So called “indigenous” people have never contributed anything to anything and this is just another shining example. WACKOS!
