California does have a permanent drought. It’s represented by the intellectual constipation of Gerry Brown, Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Waters, Dianne Feinstein, and Barbara Boxer. This failed clown car act has run the state into a brick wall and now they want the taxpayers to buy them another Rolls Royce to begin act #2.
Their names are known to us because voters elevated them into power. In Ontario, the Liberals have won 3 straight elections by campaigning against Common Sense.
I presume both California and Ontario will not acknowledge reality until they are no longer bailed out by others. California is like a drug addict who is constantly enabled by loved ones who send money and simply hope for the best. To the addict, it’s just another hit on the pipe, hoping that the gravy train never ends.
