Thought Arctic ice was supposed to be gone . Or was that just in the summer ?
Ask the people around Lake Erie how they feel about all that global warming disguised as massive piles of expanding ice .
Can’t have the focus on real events hence the poor thirsty Koala distraction .
How do you say it’s “the highest in years,” but the graph used to prove that shows that it’s running 1-2 mil Km2 less than the 1981 – 2000 avg shown on the same graph? Highest, less than, not the same thing.
Also what is the next map supposed to show? More Arctic ice growth than loss during Jan & Feb. More ice forms than melts during the coldest two months in the northern hemisphere? Whoda thunk it!? Help me out here. I’m on your side but these are losing arguments.
The top graph shows that there’s been more ice so far this year than in January & February of each of the last four years, and that this month it has continued to freeze up apace, more than it did the last few years. The map below it shows where that continued freeze up is happening so far this year. In other words, the graph and map show that the “Arctic meltdown” is non-existent.
