In a pre-recorded interview that aired on Tuesday’s Amanpour and Company, PBS host Christiane Amanpour slanted left on gun control and global warming alarmism as she spoke with liberal New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern.

After asking her if she had pressed President Donald Trump to use the words “white nationalist terrorism” to refer to attacks like the mosque attack in New Zealand, Amanpour then pivoted to the issue of global warming and posed:
I just want to quickly move on to climate because you’re a big proponent of duty of care to the climate, as well to the planet. And obviously you’re a low-lying nation, and we’re talking about rising seas and all the rest of it.
I wonder how much impact these phenomenal young people have had, led by Greta Thunberg in Sweden but spreading to New Zealand, to Australia and all over the world, telling our generation to get serious.
How much impact do they have because there’s a bill tabled also in your parliament calling for carbon neutral, zero carbon by 2050? Is that enough by the way?
After Ardern lamented more not being done to combat climate change, Amanpour followed up:
Do you feel sort of panicky? I mean, we seem to have got to a head, you know, the U.N. report on the million species that have already been extinct.
I mean, the terrible fear that we’re headed beyond 1.5, and none of the countries have kept up their commitments from the Paris Accord.
And of course, the United States is pulling out of it. Are you concerned that we may be beyond the point of no return?

If the scientific community had an interest in honestly doing their jobs some off this climate hysteria would be called out . No doubt humans have an impact but we aren’t even a speed bump in the way of truly big changes shaping the earths climate . Isn’t it as simple as a $trillion industry has been built on a climate fear industry . Kind of like Halloween , just to sell crap .

Many climatologists have said in ten to twenty years everyone will ask, what were we thinking? How easily fooled by the media and Democrat party. If solar scientists are correct and we are approaching a solar minimum and that could mean a really cold climate for many years, the politicians and media will blame the alarmists for being misinformed. Right now, the alarmists are claiming the sun has nothing to do with it.
In other news: record cold and snow all over the northern and southern hemispheres. How inconvenient.
