The Obama administration has been claiming regulations put forward in its recently released Clean Power Plan will save thousands of lives from reduced levels of particulate matter and ozone. There's just one problem with that assertion: it's not true, according to the chief toxicologist with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. "There's just a whole host of things that are wrong with that ," toxicologist Michael Honeycutt told The Daily Caller News Foundation.
