DOJ explores ‘action’ against climate-change deniers

loretta lynchAttorney General Loretta Lynch said Wednesday that she has explored ways to “take action” on turning climate-change denial into a federal crime.

Democrat Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse used a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing to liken companies that refute certain environmental studies to the tobacco industry once downplaying the correlation between smoking and cancer. The Rhode Island senator then asked Lynch why the Obama administration has “done nothing” to civilly pursue energy companies in court.

“This matter has been discussed. We have received information about it and have referred it to the FBI to consider whether or not it meets the criteria for which we could take action on,” Lynch replied, CNS News reported Wednesday.

Whitehouse said something must be done about the so-called “mischief” of the energy industry and the “climate-denial apparatus” it has created.

“Are there any civil cases with the United States as plaintiff within DOJ’s civil division in which the FBI is preparing the case for the civil division?” Whitehouse asked, the website reported.

“Are you regarding climate-change issues?” Lynch replied.

“Regarding any matter,” Whitehouse asked.

“I couldn’t give you that information right now,” Lynch said.

It’s actionable when it threatens the cause of world socialism and the phony wave of climate change activism that it is riding.

The biggest threats these people face are intellectual. That should tell us everything we need to know.

I became politically active when in high school in the late 1960’s. From that time on it has been very obvious that many liberals consider the Bill of Right as not applying to people who oppose them. They make their decisions based on emotion. Such as these climate-change deniers are a real problem. They never apply logic, such as the Bill of Right applies to everyone.

Prosecuting Climate-Change Deniers is a giant step towards the conditions in the book and movie “1984.” That and other futuristic dystopian movies that I have seen assume it is the political right that has taken freedom away. The real threat is the political left.

The movie 1984 depicts a society where most everyone is living in poverty and common items today are very difficult to get. If the climate change movement is successful, such poverty will be our future.

Indeed. I was also a leftist college activist in the 70’s, until I later started examining facts and reason rather than simply reacting to emotionalism and peer pressure.

How ironic that the left so deftly employs the very tactics they ascribe to exclusively the right.

Personally I really hope for the plants and animals sake the world continues it’s warming trend .
If humans make some minuscule contribution to that long term trend then
congratulations are in order and stuff any dumb bunny anti free speech bullying .
Climate changes ,and despite the fat egos of politicians and other scary global warming propaganda tools, humans don’t control the earth’s thermostat . If you believe humans do, then you are a denier ,but of course you are entitled to your free speech .

Americans deserve far better than the bunch of mickey mouse morons currently pulling the stings .

While the FBI is at it perhaps they could look into the $500 million that got transferred by Obama’s save the planet insiders to the Green Climate Fund in South Korea . Let’s see the Email trail on that scam Loretta . Guaranteed the deniers are having their dogs eat the paper trail and wiping those hard drives .

Chase something real Loretta if you want to make a name for yourself and actually benefit American citizens .

Time and time again we see the promoters of shutting down free speech squirm when the spotlight gets turned on their self righteous preachy cause and their own personal behaviour .

Loretta is a scum bucket criminal just like O’Bama.
The MSM will never permit valid criticism of them much less the exposure of their traitorous criminality.

This is the level of leftist extremist arrogance that we’re all forced to deal with in the USA.

And all because some stupid pigs thought that it would be ” RACIST ” to in any way oppose the O’Baman advancement.

Remember, even the super-arrogant Hillary and Billary backed down when Georgy Soros put his money on O’Bama in April 2008 and overnight the ” inevitable ” Hillary became also-ran.

j mac… the only one to stop the “Climate Nazi’s apparatus will be Cruz . Hillary claims she is going to shut down the fossil fuel industry. Sanders is a hard left socialist with a big hate on for the thing that fuels his jet travel . The Donald is a wheeler dealer negotiator who would be the type to build his southern border wall on the backs of citizens with a carbon tax if that’s what it took .

Cruz scares the earth has a fever ,scary global warming promoters because he is not intimidated and he openly acknowledges the global warming hoax .

Funny how after decades in politics at the highest levels,Clinton and Sanders now suddenly can’t out duel each other on their hatred of fossil fuels . $$Billionaire backers
need to get their requirements met after all . And these political hypocrites claim to represent the little people when in fact they
want to shut down a whole sector of the economy that without it the USA would be a basket case .

True. Cruz is grudgingly acknowledged by the left as “brilliant” and he is unabashedly bold in calling out the fraud of climate change activism. Ted Cruz is first and foremost an advocate of the Constitution.

Donald Trump is all about Donald Trump. Period.

Is this America?  Or, did I go to sleep last night in the United States and wake up in a foreign, totalitarian place?
Questioning results is what science is all about.  Votes do not matter.
